In this super powerful 10 minute guided morning gratitude meditation you will connect to your heart and start breathing into your heart and opening your heart. In this meditation we first focus on someone else to feel grateful, because sometimes it can be easier to feel grateful for someone else. When you do this practice several times it becomes easier and easier to just feel it by itself or directly for yourself and the things that you have and do.
Opening our hearts with gratitude can be one of the most beneficial things we can do for ourselves. It can shift the way we look at the world and we can see everything around us in a more light and positive way.
